Your sign to book your Italy 🇮🇹 trip ASAP! Your sign to book your Italy 🇮🇹 trip ASAP!
October, November and even December are great options for a trip to Italy!
The weather is mild, the crowds are smaller and prices are also better.
I’d never go to Italy during peak season, but spring or fall are great times to visit one of the most gorgeous place in Europe

Live your life. You don’t need anyone’s permis Live your life. You don’t need anyone’s permission to do what you want. What do they know anyway?!
I don’t believe in the “European summer” tim I don’t believe in the “European summer” time to travel.
Europe is a perfect place for year long travels. It’s more a matter of choosing the destination than anything else.
Europe can also be very affordable if you choose to travel to any of its top rated locations off season.
For instance, I travelled to Portugal in February-March when the crowds were non- existent and prices are generally lower.
There’s so much of Europe to explore, and there’s definitely much more to it than the stereotype of “European summer”.
Let me know if you have any tips about visiting a European popular location! Let’s share any budget tips or crowd avoiding tips with other travellers.

The best tips for a memorable Europe road trip! 🚗
🗺️ Plan your route but stay flexible.
🛣️ The best views are off the beaten path. Sure, famous routes like the Amalfi Coast or the Atlantic Road in Norway are amazing, but remember that road less travelled can offer unique gems.
🇭🇷 Take a detour if you have time! We stumbled upon a secluded cove in Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast, all thanks to a spontaneous detour!
⛺ Go camping to save money! Even with a couple of nights camping out under the stars, we ended up saving money and had an unforgettable experience.
🗺️ There’re so many great scenic routes in Europe! Some incredible routes for your Europe road trip bucket list could be the Great Dolomite Road in Italy, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road in Austria, or the Transfăgărășan in Romania!

This is how I plan my trips. From there, I follo This is how I plan my trips.
From there, I follow these simple steps:
1. Flight tickets
2. Itinerary (what to visit)
3. Hotel (it’s less important. For short trips, like 2, 3 days, I book my hotel only after I get off my plane. I like some adrenaline in my life)
If you’re feeling and doing the same, just know you’re not alone.

If you’re planning a Europe road trip, then you’re in the right place.
I’ve been doing road trips all around Europe since 2007! I was 17 at the time (you can all do the math on my age now), and I am doing road trips in Europe (not just the EU), like nobody else I know.
I have done crazy long drives around Europe, as if the world would end next month (or at least, that’s what it feels like in my head).

These are my top picks, not necessarily in this order:

- Croatia 🇭🇷
- Italy 🇮🇹
- Norway 🇳🇴
- Romania 🇷🇴
I’ve been doing road trips around Europe since 2007, and I’ve seen almost all European countries.
Of course, this is a matter of personal preference, but I think this top 5 provides a good combo of nature, culture and exotic dose needed for anyone planning a road trip in Europe.

Digital nomad in Algarve, Portugal? I was there i Digital nomad in Algarve, Portugal?
I was there in February and March, exploring Portugal for the first time.
But does it live up to the hype?
I wrote my personal insights as a digital nomad in Portugal on the blog.
#Algarveportugal #portugaltravel #digitalnomad #digitalnomadlife
Dreaming of becoming a Portugal digital nomad? Wel Dreaming of becoming a Portugal digital nomad? Well, then, you should read this before you go.
Portugal has been prized as the ultimate digital nomad destination for years.
As a digital nomad myself, I was one of the few to visit Portugal. Naturally, given all the online hype, I had high expectations.
Now, I want to share my insights after spending more than a month in Portugal, the unparalleled digital nomad destination in Europe.
I went there off-season (February and March), spent 1 month in Algarve, then a few days in Lisbon and then Madeira.
If there was some hidden paradise for digital nomads in Portugal, I was planning to find it and then have that destination as a backup when things get too cold or uncool in the rest of Europe.
Does it live up to the hype? Let’s find out.

⛰️ Something nobody tells you about Iceland: ⛰️ Something nobody tells you about Iceland:
You travel to Iceland to feel cold, sleep in a car and see mountains and beaches from a distance.
Everything is protected and it’s mostly deserted.
It’s great for photography, but the truth is that most of us aren’t photographers.
Iceland is also super expensive.
What are your options?
1. Fond some cheap Iceland holidays tips and offers (working on that for you right now)
2. Travel to some other place with similar nature. There are plenty of good alternatives in Europe and North America.
We are all so hyped about the places we’ve seem , like we’ve part of a special travel cult.
Anyway, wherever you’ve been, it’s still cool, worth it, and interesting. Just because Iceland has 100 drone pilots per square km to promote it, doesn’t mean tha tit looks exactly like in the videos and photos and that you can’t live without it.
Just keeping it real.
📍Glymur waterfall, Iceland This is one of the 📍Glymur waterfall, Iceland
This is one of the most popular hiking trails in Iceland. It’s only a 1h drive from Reykjavik and it’s pretty accessible to everyone.
I was blessed with great weather that day and the views did not disappoint.
Unfortunately, there’s no way to reach the starting point for this trail other than by car.
And it takes about 1h to get to the first viewpoint. If you want , you can hike all the way up and cross the waterfall to hike back on the other side of the mountain, but it’s gets super windy up there. And there are a lot of rocks, so maybe the is trail isn’t the best idea on a rainy day.
But are the views worth it? Yey or may?

How much is a trip to Iceland? I'll tell you my tr How much is a trip to Iceland? I'll tell you my trip to Iceland cost for 2.
But before you start planning your trip to Iceland, it’s important to set realistic budget expectations and discuss the cost of the trip to Iceland.
The internet is full of jokes about how expensive Iceland is. But nobody wants to actually say how much did they spend in Iceland and exactly how expensive Iceland is.
I visited Iceland in mid-June 2023 and stayed for 5 weeks.

Iceland is one of the best places to live in. But Iceland is one of the best places to live in. But it’s also a matter of the type of person you are and what your personal preferences are when it comes to climate, comfort, society and infrastructure.
Let’s point out some of the things that make Iceland the place it is, and if these sound like something you would enjoy, then you would probably enjoy living in Iceland:
Midnight sun and polar night. Iceland is close to the Arctic Circle, and it has almost 24 hours of daylight during summer and a lot of nighttime during winter.
It’s cold during summer, not beach time. In winter, it’s even colder and snowy.
It’s windy.
There’s not a lot happening, especially if you live outside Reykjavik, the capital city.
You need to drive to get anywhere.
Social interactions are limited, and most people are very private.
Most items are imported and are sold at a premium price.
Rents are high, but electricity and water are cheap.
There’s not a lot of infrastructure (highways, tunnels, public transport or parking lots outside the city). It looks empty for the most part. Some love it some hate it.
There are not a lot of trees.
The most popular activity is to go to a local swimming pool (and sit in hot tubs next to strangers). The second one is hiking.
Read more about what’s really like to live in Iceland on my blog (One month as a digital nomad in Iceland).
