How it works

1. Fill in the request form

Tell me your destination, travel dates, group size, interests, and budget. Takes about 5 minutes.

2. I confirm & quote

Within 48 hours, I’ll confirm I can cover your trip and give you a final price. No surprises.

3. You pay to confirm

Payment via bank transfer or PayPal. Once confirmed, I start building your itinerary.

4. You receive your PDF

Delivered within 5 working days. If you have follow-up questions about the document, I’m here.

A few honest notes

No — the whole point is that you fill in the form and I deliver a document. This keeps things simple for both of us. If you have a quick question before ordering, email is fine.

One round of minor adjustments is included — things like swapping accommodation picks or tweaking the daily split. Major re-routes are a new order.

The blog guides are for general audiences. This is built around your specific dates, your group, your pace — and includes accommodation picks for when you’re actually there, not “in general.”

At least 3–4 weeks before your trip. I take a limited number of orders at a time to keep quality high.
